Depending on the season, there are usually up to two to three weeks of booking availability for events and portraits.

We are also booking out months ahead of time! Especially if it's bundled!

Weddings usually are booked up to six months or a year in advance!

So, it's recommended to book as soon as possible to set your appointment because availability becomes limited and there are so many slots available each season that we can cover!

Events and Portrait Sessions are based on each package that is chosen or the availability of mini-sessions!

We can text, talk, and video chat on Facebook, Google Video, or Zoom to discuss details get to know each other better, and see if we are a good fit for each other!

All photography packages are customizable to accept budget-friendly payment plans using major credit cards, Cash App, Square, or PayPal.

An invoice is emailed with the information that you have provided, which includes your email, name, address, and phone number!

But, just in case the need arises, money orders are accepted as well as local personal checks. There is a 15-day wait before bank institutions clear the checks for deposit, and they are documented and verified!

There is a 50% required down payment to book your wedding and start the process to have your special day and memories photographed!

We will be having more forthcoming communication as the event approaches. There is a 30% non-refundable fee if canceled as per our signed contract that we require!

All weddings are to be paid in full 30 days before your wedding and event date! Depending on your wedding date, there are between 4 and 6 scheduled payments!

Unfortunately, we do not accept last-minute bookings for weddings, elopements, events, modeling, or portfolios!

All other photography sessions are to be paid in full before the scheduled date of your booked session! Other contracts will be discussed in advance for graphic design services and Tavels by Zelia.

We do provide rain date rescheduling for all outdoor sessions. Make sure you are available for these dates.

Indoor sessions will have other prior arrangements; if arranged in your in-home sessions, we will discuss the details at the consultation!

You will receive an online gallery link to the email that you have provided with a description of all your photos within 3 or 4 weeks, but the maximum of 6-8 weeks for weddings, events, and other packages! We also provide sneak peeks on our Facebook page, so we encourage you to follow us and share with your timeline friends and family. Sometimes, in fewer time frames, depending on the season, we are booking and scheduling!

You can download all the photos from the online gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, order a variety of sized prints, have them mounted and framed, or place them in many varieties of seasonal greeting cards, invitations, and announcements!

That means you have up to a year to download your images and get them on a hard drive or thumb drive that you own. The images will always be in the gallery, and if you lose your link or email, I am happy to resend it to you.

For events, weddings, and portrait coverage, you will receive high-resolution, fully edited digital images! All packages' number of photos will be based on the package you're choosing with us because every event, wedding, and portrait session varies!

We are not able to determine exactly how many photos you will receive, but we can give you an estimate of what we normally provide. This also depends on the customizable packages we provide on an individual basis to each of our clients!

Mini-Sessions: you'll receive between 7, 10, and 25 high-resolution digital images! This depends on your choice of packages

All events, weddings, portraits, and mini-sessions will include color and black & white photos!

The choice is to always choose quality rather than quantity, and that's why we will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story!

We can't stress that enough. First and foremost, it's important that you like our style. We've provided examples of our work on this website and on Behance.

Next, we must get along well together. Email is useful for starting a dialogue, but we generally won't commit to a couple until we've had a chance to talk on the phone at a minimum or in person at best.

Video conferencing like Zoom, Facebook, and Gmail is also an option for us to get acquainted and discuss details.

After we've had a chance to get to know each other a bit, you should have a good idea of our services.

We typically start booking six months to a year or more in advance for photograh services. Therefore, we're recommending booking as soon as you've decided to work with us because there are only so many wedding weekends each year and openings.

We book when we can. Therefore, we book on a first-come basis. A date is not considered booked until we have received a deposit and signed an agreement!

An invoice will be sent to you for payments. The first payments are scheduled and there are to be received as to the agreement and packages. This is best to save time and ensure effeciency!

Our wedding and events packages that are available are smaller than other typical photographers. This depends on the package that you choose, the number of attendees, the size of your wedding party, the hours we are to cover for your wedding, and the number of locations.

We encourage our wedding couples to do a first look before the ceremony, as it results in really nice, candid pictures and we can capture them from opposite directions. This means we don't need to swivel back and forth, potentially missing shots.

Having an alternate composition at different focal lengths, and the result is two portraits of the same moment from different angles.

Having a second photographer to cover every angle is advantageous.

As part of your signed agreements, you will be granted the right to print or reproduce photos for personal, non-commercial use.

Of course, you always have the option to order prints through our online store, which will ensure high-quality, color-correct prints from our professional print vendor. You can also go wherever you'd like, but we do not guarantee it if using other printers.

You will be provided with both high-resolution, print-quality files and lower-resolution web-ready files. We do not provide RAW files.

We ask that, when using photos online, you credit us and provide a link to our Facebook page or this website.

We ask that you do not edit or modify the images in any way. You will also be prohibited from selling or publishing the images without our prior written permission. So, reach us for our assistance.

All copyrights, commercial printing rights, distribution rights, and other rights will be retained solely by us.

We will choose which pictures to edit and provide. Rest assured we are good at this and we will provide you with the very best photos from all aspects of your day. If there are particular people, places, things ect. that you would like to receive, then we ask that you let us know in advance so we can be sure to capture those particular shots, provided they are feasible.

When it comes to the pictures taken during a session, such as an engagement session or a bridal session, we will provide you with the best photographes from that session.

We always strive to get pictures as correct as possible in camera. In other words, posing, location, attention to detail, camera settings and lighting are what make a great photography, but we do use Photoshop and Lightroom.

For this reason we do edit our pictures before you receive them, as necessary. Typically, this involves relatively minor corrections like color, white balance, saturation, etc.

We will also make you look your best and clear up blemishes, dark circles, and the like.

Significant edits beyond this can be more challenging to pull off discreetly. For example, there's no way to Photoshop or use Lightroom to put your face back into the picture if someone stands up in front of us with his iPad or cell phone at a critical moment. That's why we recommend unplugged ceremonies to have better control for the things that we cannot reasonably fix in Photoshop or Lightroom. These are a tool, and like any tool, it has its limits.

The number of products that can be photographed in a session depends on the complexity and style of the photoshoot. Typically, for a standard session, we can cover 1 to 2 products.

If you have a larger collection or need more in-depth shots, we can discuss extending the session or scheduling additional time.
