HOW IT WORKS
1. Let's Jump on a call
Before getting started, I like to have a quick chat to go over the details- things like scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget. We’ll talk it all through during the call before locking anything in or making any payments.
2. Putting it in writing
After our chat, I’ll create a project proposal with a few package options at different price points for you to review and choose from. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over the project brief and an invoice for a 50% deposit. We’ll kick things off as soon as everything’s agreed upon and the deposit is received!
3. Let's get to designing
Once the paperwork is finalized and the payment is in, I dive straight into the design process. It starts with a deep dive into your documents, followed by thorough research into your brand's challenges, industry, competitors, and audience. Next, I’ll create a moodboard for your approval. From there, I’ll develop initial concepts, refine them into a standout design, and craft industry-specific mockups to showcase how everything fits seamlessly into your brand's world.
4. Presenting
After a couple of weeks of working with the info you provided, it’s time to share what I’ve been creating! We’ll hop on a call where I’ll walk you through my concepts, explain my design process, share the reasoning behind my choices, and outline my vision for your brand’s future. After the call, I’ll send over a brief summary for your feedback.
5. Feedback
While it can be tempting to dive straight into feedback, it’s important to let everything sink in for a day or two. For smaller adjustments, I’ll email you the revisions. If it’s a bigger overhaul that needs more discussion, we can always schedule another call to go over the new ideas together. Visually, I do share files with you using Adobe, and comments can be added regarding the adjustments you are making.
Sign-off
After the final design is approved, I’ll send over the final invoice. Once that’s settled, I’ll promptly compile all the documentation and export the files for you to use freely. A few months after we’ve wrapped up, I’ll check in to see how everything’s going—so keep an eye out for my message!
