sERVICE FEE AGREEMENT DISCLOSURE

Due to the nature of travel 2026 and beyond, Travels by Zelia will be charging a $100 non-refundable professional services fee* to all clients. This fee includes our usual services of finding/recommending the best properties/locations for you, along with helping to navigate the ever-changing rules to travel, including the latest updates from the tour operations, airlines, and resorts, as well as the entry requirements per destination. Once you fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions, a complimentary consultation phone call will be set up. During that phone call, if both parties decide to move forward, the fee will be due prior to any planning. While we know that anyone can book for themselves using the internet, our professional services fee ensures that you will not be alone during your travels/vacation. If there are any issues that arise, we are the ones to handle those for you every step of the way.
